Shari's Cafe & Pies Employee Training Video

Shari’s in-house team has created a training video to engage employees in the effor to reduce energy and water use. This is part of a larger employe engagement effort, which helps staff take more of a rold in optimizing operational performance, and also helps them feel more connected to the operations of the store.
