Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification of Energy Efficiency

This session highlighted EM&V tools and resources that states can use to support the use of energy efficiency to achieve emission reductions. The session focused on new and emerging resources, such as standardized reporting forms, energy efficiency registries, regional and statewide approaches to EM&V, evaluator certification, and ESCO related M&V.
