At the 2018 APPA: Leadership in Educational Facilities conference, 3 Better Buildings Challenge partners presented on the topic of how energy efficiency fits into the modernization of facilities. Speakers from local school districts included:
- Jeet Viswanathan, Energy Manager with the Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) in Alexandria, VA,
- Justin Moss, Coordinator of Energy Management with Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) in Falls Church, VA, and
- Zachary Lammers, Program Manager in Energy Conservation with the Anne Arundel County Public Schools’ Operations Division in Pasadena, MD (AACPS).
