Building the Next Generation of Industrial Energy Managers

As the current generation of industrial energy managers approaches retirement age, strategies need to be developed to ensure that the institutional and technical knowledge is transferred to new energy managers. This session explored strategies to impart hard-won knowledge to the next generation of employees ensuring that lessons learned by existing energy managers are known by those coming up the ranks.
