Headquartered in Boston, WinnCompanies owns approximately 14,000 apartments across 100 properties in twelve states. WinnCompanies is proud to partner with Department of Energy in the Better Buildings Challenge, while complimenting our ongoing efforts in DOE’s Advanced Building Construction Collaborative and Connected Communities initiative. Building specific roadmaps will follow a “Zero over time” approach to identify emission reduction opportunities, accomplished through on-site energy conservation, electrification, building envelope retrofits, solar and battery storage, and off-site clean energy procurement.
