All properties are benchmarked for energy, water, and waste use using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. All office properties utilize Energy Intelligence Software to view real-time electricity consumption data in five-minute intervals. The system’s analytics generate site-specific recommendations to better control energy consumption and demand. They also use a utility bill management system to automatically flag consumption anomalies. To supplement these automated analyses, they conduct both in-house and third-party energy audits and assessments to identify operational and capital efficiency projects.
