These latest public commitments include:

  • 2025: 100% renewable energy for U.S. corporate offices
  • 2030: Net-zero climate emissions from all global corporate operations
  • 2040: Net-zero climate emissions across all lines of business

Uber is committed and aligned with the goals of the Better Climate Challenge. Specifically, Uber is committed to renewable energy as part of their net-zero climate emissions targets. In April 2022, Uber entered into a virtual purchase power agreement with Enel Green Power to purchase 10 MW of wind power generated from the Azure Sky wind + storage project. In addition, Uber continues to pursue and expand energy efficiency initiatives throughout the global portfolio and has plans to continue to expand the renewable energy program.
