Participation in the Better Building's Challenge is providing a forum for TH Real Estate to share its successes for others to learn from and replicate. In addition to driving comprehensive, building wide upgrades, TH Real Estate is also committed to continually improving buildings that have already been upgraded. As an example, 801 Brickell (pictured), showcases TH Real Estate's commitment to identifying ways to improve already high-performing buildings. Work included enhancing building HVAC controls, performing water balancing for the HVAC system, installing and adjusting VFDs, and implement lighting retrofits. This project reflects TH Real Estate's on-going effort to identify and capture no-cost/low-cost opportunities across their portfolio of real estate.
