For more than 170 years, Siemens has helped transform the infrastructure, manufacturing, and transportation industries that form the backbone of the U.S. economy. They are advancing the technologies of the future in the fields of electrification, decarbonization, resource efficiency, and digital technologies. In September 2015, Siemens became one of the first global industrial companies to announce its intention to become carbon neutral in its operating business by 2030.
Since then, Siemens has deepened their commitment by announcing that they will become net zero across its global operations by 2030 and aim to achieve an emission-free supply chain by the year 2050.
