RENEW works with a network of trusted expert solution providers across the continental U.S. to install and maintain the new systems while providing oversight throughout the life of the agreements. They offer these solutions to customers in a wide range of industries: manufacturing, multifamily housing, healthcare, hospitality, office buildings, education, cold storage, transportation.

They finance project sizes ranging from $1 million to $100 million.

Products and Services

RENEW Energy Partners provides the up-front funding to purchase, install, and maintain energy-efficient systems as well as on-site clean power – all as part of a master service agreement (MSA). Each month after installation for the duration of the agreement, a portion of the measured savings goes to RENEW Energy Partners as a service fee. At the end of the agreement, building owners retain the systems and 100% of the savings go to their bottom line.
