REACH CDC
REACH Community Development owns and manages over 1,800 units of safe and affordable housing. Its mission is to provide quality, affordable housing for individuals, families, and communities to thrive. REACH enables Oregon and Washington families to invest in their futures by focusing beyond the “bricks and mortar” in providing support designed to increase its residents’ self-sufficiency. REACH offers several programs to help residents remain in their housing, raise their standard of living, and connect them to local resources and opportunities.
REACH is committed to reducing its energy consumption, its environmental impact, and its carbon footprint. The Better Buildings Challenge commitment is a vital part of REACH’s current 5-Year Plan. REACH’s participation will allow it to share best practices and financing strategies with like-minded housing providers and to continue pursuing its energy reduction goals.
