OUS Capital’s focus is on providing financing solutions to businesses and institutions for energy efficiency and distributed generation solutions. Our principle product, Energy-as-a-Service, allows customers to complete a wide variety of energy efficiency, water efficiency, or distributed generation improvements with no upfront capital investment. OUS Capital handles the installation costs and provides ongoing maintenance for each project, which the customer pays for through a portion of the savings generated, with the remainder of the savings going directly to the customer. This is an off balance sheet solution that is designed to be cash flow positive throughout the term of the agreement.
