Products and Services

ONSITE is committed to making HVAC, lighting and distributed generation infrastructure mechanicals available without using client CapEx or corporate debt facilities. 
 

The ONSITE platform, through an energy-as-a-service mechanism, allows customers to complete a wide variety of energy efficiency, water efficiency, or distributed generation improvements with no upfront capital investment. Through it, ONSITE handles the installation costs and provides ongoing maintenance for each project, which the customer pays for through a portion of the savings generated, with the remainder of the savings going directly to the customer. This is an off-balance-sheet solution that is designed to be cash flow positive throughout the term of the agreement.
