Products and Services

NYCEEC works directly with building owners, contractors, project developers and Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to develop solutions ranging from standard loans to alternative financing solutions—such as energy services agreements, power purchase agreements and green mortgages—to meet each project‘s needs. NYCEEC provides loans starting at $50,000 and up to $6 million.
