National Community Renaissance of California

National Community Renaissance (National CORE) of California is an affordable housing non-profit developer based in Southern California dedicated to creating healthy communities that thrive and prosper for generations. National CORE coordinates directly with communities to provide foundation services that enable safe, high-quality, affordable housing, social services, educational needs, and a range of community development gaps essential to long-term personal and community growth, including senior wellness, preschool and afterschool programs, and family financial training.

National Community Renaissance of California joined the Better Climate Challenge in March 2024 and has committed to reducing carbon emissions by 50% over 10 years and energy intensity by 20%. This will be achievable with incentivized fuel switch retrofits and an increasing number of PV installations within its existing portfolio.
