Lever Real Estate Capital was formed with a mission to scale commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) financing to enable real estate owners to optimize their assets and provide a positive impact on profit, people, and the planet. Lever is in the business of providing long-term, low-cost C-PACE financing for up to 100% of energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and hazard mitigation improvements in C-PACE enabled states nationwide.

We provide C-PACE financing for building retrofits, adaptive re-use, and new construction developments. Primary asset types that we fund are office, industrial, hospitality, multi-family, life science, data center, retail, mixed-use, medical, and others upon further review. Lastly, Lever has innovative technologies and processes that allow us to serve small to large real estate portfolios, and large single asset projects.
Through our $500M dedicated C-PACE fund, we offer funding and origination for Commercial-Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE), a public-private financing method that partners private capital with support from public authorities to modernize the built environment. C-PACE funds qualified real estate projects with long-term, fixed rate, low cost payments that are treated as and collected alongside property taxes by the local tax authority, before being transferred to the private capital provider.
