Kier Property Management is a profit-motivated real estate and property management firm established in 2005 and based in Ogden, Utah.  Its owners have acquired and rehabbed multiple multifamily units and have installed energy efficient applicances, low-e windows, 95% energy heating system, etc.  Kier Property Management is commited to seeking the most energy efficient systems and products feasible in the operations of its multifamily portfolio.
