In June 2017, Four Seasons Produce was recognized for being the first 50001 Ready facility by DOE by implementing a continuous improvement-based energy management system consistent with ISO 50001. Read more about their experience in their Showcase Project.

  • 2017: Recognized by DOE as the first 50001 Ready facility.
  • 2013: Received the 2013 Green Plus Sustainable Enterprise Award for Sustainable Enterprise of the Year.
  • 2012: Participated in a Continuous Energy Improvement (CEI) program with PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, which set the foundation for a culture of energy management by establishing an energy policy, energy team, and energy reporting model.
  • 2009: Recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR program for being the first refrigerated warehouse to achieve their label.
