As a Better Buildings Better Plants Challenge Partner, Ford Motor Company commits to reducing energy demand by a minimum of 25 percent from 2011 to 2021 in its 25 U.S. manufacturing plants, which cover 61 million square feet.

Ford continues to drive water reductions with its new, aggressive, 30% water intensity reduction goal (2015 to 2020) after over-achieving its 2009 to 2015 30% water intensity reduction goal with an improvement of 44%.
