PORTFOLIO-WIDE LEADERSHIP COMMITMENTS
50% GHG reduction from a 2022 baseline
EVOQUE IS PARTICIPATING IN THE FOLLOWING DOE PROGRAMS:
Better Climate Challenge | Better Buildings Challenge |
Evoque joined the Better Climate Challenge and Better Buildings Challenge in 2023, committing to a 50% reduction in scopes 1 and 2 emissions over 10 years, with a focus on energy efficiency and renewable energy.
Data centers are energy intensive spaces, and Evoque is committed to ESG across its portfolio. Environmental initiatives related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, water, and waste are the foundation of the “E” in Evoque’s ESG strategy to improve its portfolio. As cooling is one of the largest loads for a data center, Evoque is utilizing innovative strategies, such as an AI-based dynamic data center temperature management platform, to cool the data center effectively with less energy. Through partnerships across the organization, Evoque is exploring renewable energy options for new and existing sites. One site in Secaucus, NJ, already receives part of it’s energy load from an onsite solar installation.
