Cuningham offers design expertise in several sectors including healthcare, education, multifamily and senior living, workplace, hospitality, and resort/theme parks. Cuningham has six U.S. office locations and frequently works in other countries, such as South Korea, China, Qatar, and Spain. Their diverse teams include integrated urban planning, landscape architecture, and interior design. Their robust performance modeling capabilities are applied to every project and cover energy, daylighting, operational and embodied carbon, moisture/thermal flow through envelopes, and others. Recently, Cuningham has begun offering carbon footprint calculation and analysis, leading to the deployment of Climate Action Plans for their clients.
