CommonBond's commitment of 20% reduction in energy intensity by 2026 is part of their organization’s plans to promote environmental and financial sustainability, and will help achieve their energy efficiency goal. The company will monitor energy usage, conduct energy audits, implement financially feasible conservation measures and retrofits, improve maintenance and operations and increase resident education and engagement around energy consumption and conservation. CommonBond will also continue to work with their partners and vendors to ensure they are making informed decisions on the products used in the construction and maintenance of their properties.
