CMTA is a multi-services corporation founded in 1968. Since CMTA's inception, they have been recognized as a national leader for delivering high-performance, sustainable, and zero-energy projects. PROGRAM GOAL
In the past 10 years, CMTA has designed and built 1.3 million square feet of zero energy buildings and installed 75 MW of solar. In the next 10 years, CMTA hopes to design and build 10 times as much; as of 2021 the company has 3.1 million square feet under construction and 2.1 million in design.
