Carlisle, LLC, a franchisee of The Wendy's Company, operates more than 150 restaurants in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas. Joining the Better Building Challenge in participation with The Wendy’s Company and other Wendy’s franchisees allows Carlisle to springboard their post-meter management commitment with proven best practice technology equipment and energy management system partnerships. The Challenge allows Carlisle to collaborate information and compare results as they focus to save energy, improve the costs of their operational utilities, and demonstrate their continued efforts as good stewards of the environment.

Carlisle, LLC continues to evaluate and implement leading edge technology equipment in conjunction with forward thinking engineering enhancements for utility efficiencies and greater operating cost avoidances. With a team of 14 in-house maintenance technicians, ongoing technical training aligned with consistent preventive maintenance, practices, and settings produces lower utility requirements consistently.
