Better Climate Challenge |
BXP has signed on to the Better Climate Challenge committing to a 50% reduction in GHG emissions intensity and a 15% reduction in energy use intensity across its 39.2 million square foot actively managed portfolio over 10 years. Strategies for reduction include reduction of energy usage and emissions through energy efficiency, electrification, offsetting with renewable energy, and developing on-site or off-site renewable energy and storage where viable.
