Berlin Packaging is a Hybrid Packaging Supplier of plastic, glass, metal containers, closures, and dispensing systems. Berlin Packaging supplies billions of packaging components annually to customers of all sizes in all industries, with 40,000+ available SKUs, unlimited manufacturing platforms, 200+ packaging consultants, and 100+ locations in North America, Europe, and South Africa.

Berlin Packaging has mainly offices and warehouse locations. They had worked in the past year on retrofitting LED lights across the major portfolio site that services the entire west coast customers, and on improving energy efficiency in offices using motion sensors and energy efficient HVAC technologies. Berin Packaging is planning to work on retrofitting energy efficient lighting technologies that include LEDs, motion sensors, and adequate skylights. They are also exploring potential opportunities for renewable energy, renewable energy credits, and optimizing square footage of space with more efficient space utilization. In certain facilities, they are looking to upgrade HVAC technologies.

As a Better Buildings & Better Plants Challenge partner and long-standing champion in sustainability, Berlin Packaging wants to support energy performance in distribution centers and office buildings and demonstrate energy reduction of 20% in ten years from a 2021 baseline year.
