Markets Served

Allumia serves the small and mid-sized commercial and industrial market for energy efficiency nationwide. Project sizes range from $25,000 to $5,000,000 with a particular focus on projects in the $50,000 to $1,000,000 range, which are often underserved by the energy efficiency finance community. Though operations are not exclusive to these sectors, key service markets include manufacturing, warehousing, office, grocery and athletic facilities as well as programmatic approaches to smaller opportunities like quick-serve restaurants and commercial offices.

Products and Services

Allumia provides Efficiency-as-a-Service, not debt or performance guarantees. We design, fund, manage, meter, and maintain a complete efficiency upgrade for our customers – special focus on HVAC/R and LED lighting. We meter the new equipment, track the energy savings and bill for a portion of those savings. We have a vested interest in how our upgrades perform long-term because we get paid a portion of every dollar saved. The more our customers save, the better we do.
