Allumia serves the small and mid-sized commercial and industrial market for energy efficiency nation wide. Project sizes range from $10,000 to $2,000,000 in scale, but with a particular focus on the projects in the $50,000 to $150,000 range, which are often underserved by the energy efficiency finance community. Though operations are not exclusive to these sectors, key service markets include manufacturing, grocery and athletic facilities and programmatic approaches to smaller opportunities like quick-serve restaurants and commercial offices.
Allumia provides efficiency as a service, not debt or performance guarantees. We fund, design, install and maintain a complete lighting upgrade for our customers. We meter the new lighting, track the energy savings and bill for a portion of those savings. We have a vested interest in how our lighting upgrades perform long-term because we get paid a portion of every dollar saved. The more our customers save, the better we do.
