The San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) initiated a comprehensive modernization of the Marie McGuire property that includes improvements to the building's lighting, envelope, and HVAC system. Coupled with energy-efficiency education for residents, SAHA aims to achieve 20% energy savings from the new building design features.

Saint-Gobain installed wireless submetering at its Soddy-Daisy, TN plant, achieving a 14% reduction in energy use and 15% reduction in costs.

Saint-Gobain undertook a large compressed air system retrofit project at its Milford, Massachusetts glass plant that is expected to reduce energy costs by $700,000 a year.

CertainTeed Gypsum, a Saint-Gobain subsidiary, built a 500,000-square-foot state-of-the-art gypsum wallboard manufacturing plant in Roxboro, North Carolina that uses more than 10% less energy than conventional wallboard production plants.

Saunders Hotel Group achieved 21% energy savings at the Comfort Inn and Suites Boston by installing a new cost-effective cogeneration unit and implementing other ECMs throughout the hotel, contributing to Saunders' corporate sustainability initiatives.

Schneider Electric sought a 30-50% reduction in data center operations costs attributed to energy consumption, so it consolidated one primary legacy data center and multiple distributed data centers into a modern facility that offered greater reliability and energy efficiency.

Schneider Electric advanced energy efficiency and renewable energy at its Smyrna, Tennessee, plant through two major initiatives: construction of a 1 megawatt (MW) solar farm and a robust energy management program that included certification under the Department of Energy’s Superior Energy Performance (SEP) Program.

Schochet Companies implemented efficiency upgrades at Shepherd Park Apartments in Hartford, Connecticut, including boiler upgrades, replacement of hot water circulation pumps, unit air sealing, lighting upgrades, and water conservation measures. It also received over $170,000 through a local utility incentive program.

School District 197 serves over 5000 students and consists of 12 buildings, eight of which are schools.
