Through the renovation and revitalization of Poudre High School, which included roof replacements and updates to the plumbing, fire protection, and heating and ventilation systems, Poudre School District achieved a 26% reduction in annual energy consumption at the 1,800 student facility.

Built in 1972, Powdermill Village is a large property of 12 buildings and 250 units where oil was the primary heating fuel and electricity was used for heating domestic hot water. Efficiency and conversion options at this aging complex were first explored when gas became available on the street and service to the site was offered at no cost.

Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) is a national nonprofit housing developer and owner devoted to the preservation and long-term stewardship of at-risk affordable housing.

Preservation of Affordable Housing's (POAH) Colony Plaza received funding though the HUD Green Retrofit Program (GRP) for various building upgrades that reduced energy use by more than 20% and improved efficiency and resident comfort.

Prologis worked with Johnson Controls Inc. to identify a range of energy-savings opportunities, including a comprehensive lighting upgrade, HVAC system recommissioning, and a 200 kW net-metered rooftop solar array. This project saves 32% energy annually.

PSEG Long Island provides the Home Energy Score to all customers participating in its Home Performance programs.

The Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA) manages 335 multifamily public housing properties across the island of Puerto Rico. 

For Quad, the 50001 Ready Program prompted the facility to reactivate its energy team and keep better track of energy consumption to reduce energy costs. The West Allis energy team found that the 50001 Ready Program helped them identify and eliminate energy usage that did not add value—a critical step in narrow-margin businesses like printing.

Rea Magnet Wire, is a supplier of magnet wire and nonferrous metals. They have five North American manufacturing facilities. Rea has a North American footprint that can help support partners in today's connected marketplace with their customer service and collaboration. 

REACH Community Development owns and manages over 1,800 units of safe and affordable housing.

REACH Community Development Corporation partnered with MPower to invest $280,000 in upgrades at its Westshore Apartments property including LED lighting, occupancy sensors, and improved insulation, achieving 14% annual energy savings.

Research Electro-Optics (REO) is a volume manufacturer of high precision thin film coatings, optics and optomechanical assemblies for the ultraviolet through the long-wave infrared.  The company also produces high performance HeNe lasers.  Markets served include semiconductor process equipment, aerospace and defense systems, telecommunications, laser manufacturers, laser based materials processing and life sciences instrumentation.

Redding House II, 12-unit affordable housing complex for developmentally disabled adults built in 1987, had several deferred maintenance issues and needed upgrades to outdated lighting, hot water heaters, and HVAC equipment.

The National Energy Research Scientific Computing (NERSC) Center at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory outgrew its former data center space and underwent a retro-commissioning process to meet the data center's growing needs.

RING Container Technologies is a privately held, multinational corporation in the consumer packaging industry.

RING implemented an energy and waste efficiency project at its Decatur, Illinois facility and is scaling this approach to additional sites; the project scope included a chiller upgrade, compressed air leak reductions, and waste diversion through plastic waste recycling. 

Riseboro Community Partnership develops neighborhood assets in New York City, like affordable housing, to create the foundation for a more vibrant and diverse community.

Knickerbocker Commons is New York State’s first 100% affordable multifamily building built and certified to the Passive House standard.

River Trails School District 26 implemented an upgrade of the HVAC controls at the middle school and retro-commissioned the building systems realizing a 27% annual energy savings and an $18,900 annual cost savings.
