February 20, 2019: Join the next 50001 Ready Utility Network Series webinar. February’s feature topic is Training Opportunities to Support 50001 Ready Customer Implementation and Technical Assistance. This webinar will provide an overview of 50001 EnMS Practitioner in Training and the 50001 CP EnMS credentials, what has changed since they were initially launched, who is the target audience, why is this important for you, and when and where training is available.  Also, hear from those in the utility/implementers community who have obtained the certification and used the training describe the value of this. To register, contact Sandy Glatt, sandy.glatt@ee.doe.gov.

Available online: Check out the Update on ISO 50001:2018 Training, especially if you are already using ISO 50001 and want details on changes in the 2018 version. This two-hour course with knowledge checks will help you define the next steps to update your energy management system. This training is useful to staff in companies using energy management, auditors, and practitioners assisting organizations with energy management, such as the 50001 Certified Practitioners in Energy Management. Register two or more people from your organization and Georgia Tech’s Professional Education program offers a 10% group discount.

March 25 - May 24, 2019: Flexibly fit the 50001 Certified Practitioner in Energy Management Systems (50001 CP EnMS) online training into your scheduleand learn how to help organizations establish and/or maintain an energy management system that conforms to ISO 50001. Course materials are available for two months, offering flexibility to learn when convenient. This training prepares professionals for the certification exam

April 8 - 11, 2019: Take the ISO 50001 Lead Auditor Classroom Training to expand your expertise. This training prepares professionals for the certification exam.

May 7 - May 9, 2019: Take the SEP Performance Verifier ClassroomTraining. Energy efficiency professionals who would like to serve on an SEP certification audit team and verify energy performance improvements can attend this training course to prepare for the certification exam.
