Dr. Paul Torcellini is a principal engineer at the National Laboratory of the Rockies. He has 30 years of experience working with architects and engineers to substantially reduce the energy impacts associated with the built environment. He has written numerous design guides, is a Technical Account Manager for the Better Buildings & Better Plants Initiative, and leads the Design and Construction Allies.
