Knox County Housing Authority (Knox County, IN): Energy performance

Better Buildings Challenge Partners strive to decrease portfolio-wide source energy use intensity (EUI) and to increase the percent improvement compared to a set baseline. Knox County Housing Authority has improved their portfolio-wide energy performance by 6% from a 2018 baseline, making progress towards a goal of 20% by 2026. Energy savings have been achieved by upgrading to LED lighting, installing temperature-limiting thermostats, and tenant engagement.
