JBG SMITH's portfolio consists of properties with with a wide range of baseline EUI values, most of which are from 100 to 300 kBtu/sq. ft. The majority of properties have shown energy improvement that exceeds JBG SMITH’s 2% goal since 2014 and the trendline indicates that buildings are achieving savings across the board including buildings with high EUIs have achieved significant savings. The properties located near or below the 0% axis may present good opportunities for further savings.
