Housing Authority of the City of Palatka, FL: Energy performance

Better Buildings Challenge Partners strive to decrease portfolio-wide source energy use intensity (EUI) and to increase the percent improvement compared to a set baseline. Palatka Housing Authority's portfolio consists of 5 properties and more than 400,000 square feet. Partner has improved energy performance by 4% from a 2013 baseline, making progress towards a goal of 20% by 2023. 

Looking at the percent improvement in energy performance across all facilities can provide insight into how an organization is saving energy. Palatka Housing Authority has achieved energy performance improvement of greater than 2% at three of its properties. There are two properties that have experienced an increase in Source EUI. These properties have been targeted for future energy efficiency improvements.
