Carlisle, LLC's portfolio consists of approximately 150 buildings and over 400,000 square feet. Carlisle, LLC has improved energy performance by 10% from a 2013 baseline, making progress towards a goal of 20% by 2026. Energy savings has been achieved by implementing leading edge technology equipment and consistent preventive maintenance, practices, and managed thermostat settings that produce lower utility requirements. |

PORTFOLIO WATER PERFORMANCE Better Buildings Challenge Partners strive to decrease portfolio-wide source water use intensity (WUI) and to increase the percent improvement compared to a set baseline. Carlisle, LLC's portfolio consists of more than 150 buildings and 400,000 square feet. Carlisle, LLC has improved water performance by 28% from a 2018 baseline, surpassing its goal of 20% water savings by 2029. Water savings has been achieved through a restaurant monthly awareness program communicated and embraced by the entire restaurant team using a 40,000 gallons/month target, addition of irrigation taps for greater water use control, and identification and elimination of water cooled equipment. |
