The efficiency revolution will be impossible without effective financing options. Building on their leadership in solving this challenge, nine Better Buildings Challenge Financial Allies will be speaking at the upcoming 2016 ACEEE Energy Efficiency Finance Forum on May 22-24 in Newport, Rhode Island.
The Finance Forum will explore innovative models for deploying capital in efficiency markets. Finance Forum participants have a great opportunity to learn about which models are working and why, and to source financing deals for efficiency projects. The conference features over 75 experts presenting topics each year.
Likely participants will include clean-tech and energy efficiency investors; financiers; bankers; real estate professionals; CDFIs and other mission-driven lenders; entrepreneurs; utility staff; local, state, and federal agency personnel; energy service company personnel; policymakers; NGOs; energy efficiency program planners, operators, and evaluators; and marketing experts.
The Finance Forum will serve as an excellent companion to the financing sessions at the Better Buildings Summit on May 9-11, providing a deeper dive into content introduced at the Summit.
The Financial Allies speaking at the Finance Forum include:
- Clean Fund LLC
- Community Investment Corporation
- Connecticut Green Bank
