Work includes lighting, HVAC, and plumbing projects with short payback periods, and which are expected to increase the ENERGY STAR rating from its current level of 87 up to a new level of 90. This project reflects TIAA-CREF’s on-going effort to identify and capture no-cost/low-cost opportunities across their portfolio of real estate.
